Is the audio guest book included for a corporate event?
Yes, in almost every case. The audio or video guest book costs €90 on its own and is included from 200 prints upwards: below that threshold it remains available as an option at the same price. A corporate event almost always exceeds that volume, so it comes free. Your teams pick up a vintage handset or sit in front of the booth and leave a message: that is what makes the difference at a retirement party, a year-end gathering or a message to the management. You receive the recordings as separate files, named in the order of the evening.
How is the price of a photobooth for a seminar or corporate event calculated?
The price follows the NUMBER OF PRINTS, not the number of guests. The range runs from zero prints, the Digital package where everything goes to an online gallery, up to unlimited prints, via 100, 200, 300, 400 and 800. The audio or video guest book, otherwise €90 on its own, is INCLUDED from 200 prints upwards: above that threshold it comes free, whichever package you then choose. Guest count only helps size the volume, roughly two prints per person over an evening: for two hundred people we usually plan 400 prints. Can we put our logo and brand guidelines on the prints?
Yes, that is the basis of a corporate booking. The print template, the backdrop and the 360° video frame follow your brand guidelines: logo, colours, legal mentions, event hashtag. We prepare it upfront from your brief. At a trade show this turns the animation into a communication asset: a flyer is binned before the car park, a photo of yourself goes in a pocket.
Do you deliver to Paris, La Défense and Roissy?
Yes. We cover Paris and the whole Île-de-France region, plus the Oise, Somme, Aisne and Hauts-de-France. We deliver, install, calibrate the booth to the venue lighting and collect everything at the end. Setup takes under 45 minutes and the animation then runs without any input from you.
How does invoicing work for a company or a public body?
Quote within 12h, compliant VAT invoice issued by Helios Agency, payment by card or bank transfer. For public bodies, town halls, hospitals, schools or ministries, the invoice is filed on Chorus Pro in Factur-X format, with no deposit and the statutory 30-day term after the event: simply send us the buyer SIRET, service code and commitment number.
How soon do we get the photos and videos?
Prints come out on site in twelve seconds. The private web gallery is delivered within 24h with a shareable QR code, and communication usage rights are included: social, website, newsletter, decks. For the 360° video booth, each guest receives their clip by SMS in under a minute during the event.
