What a season looks like here
We don't take the booth out three times a summer. Here is the real volume of our bookings, taken from our own planning in August 2026.

We don't drop a box outside a hall: on the bookings where our planning states the method, 86% are delivered, set up, tuned to the room's light and collected at the end of the night. The rest are clients who prefer to pick the booth up themselves, which is also an option.
78% of those dates fall on a Saturday: if yours is one, it goes quickly. Weekdays, on the other hand, are almost always open, even in high season.

Delivery to Reims: €160 incl. VAT
That covers the journey, setup (45 min), takedown (30 min) and end-of-night collection. It is added to the pack price and shown before payment, never after. It is a maximum: when another booking already brings us to the area that weekend, we lower it on the quote.

Frequently asked questions
When should we open the booth during the wedding?
Peak usage between cocktail and entry into the dining room, then on the 22h-1am slot during the dance party. We adapt to the timeline provided by the couple.
How does booking work?
Book online in a few minutes, pay a 20% deposit securely, and we confirm the date by email within 48 business hours. If the date is not available, the deposit is refunded in full. The balance is due no later than 7 days before the event, by card or bank transfer. No deposit is cashed; depending on the package, an uncashed security cheque may be requested at handover, its amount stated before booking and the cheque returned after the event. The kit is checked at handover and on return, and any damage is invoiced per the terms and conditions.
Is the photo template personalised?
Yes, we customise the frame with your names, date, theme and palette. Included in all packs, validated with you 2 weeks before the wedding. Online tool for direct edits.
Can guests get their photos on their phone?
Yes, each print includes a QR code guests scan to download their HD photo. Email and SMS sending also available.
Do you know our venue?
Probably yes — Jaysphotography regularly covers châteaux and estates in Oise, Somme, Seine-et-Marne, Val-d'Oise and Île-de-France. Your venue's page on our site details tested booth placements.
What is the average price to rent a photobooth?
In France, renting a photo booth generally costs between €300 and €700 per evening. Our packages start at €95 for the Digital version without printing and go up to €450 for unlimited prints, with seven tiers in between: 100, 200, 300, 400 and 800 prints. The audio or video guest book, otherwise €90, is included from 200 prints. These prices are published online, with no mandatory quote first.
Photobox, selfie booth, photo booth: what is the difference?
None, they are different names for the same equipment. People also say photo cabin, photo terminal or photomaton. What really differs between suppliers is print quality (we use dye-sublimation, dry to the touch and smudge-free), print delivery time (ten to twelve seconds), and what is included: props, online gallery, custom template, audio guest book. The mirror booth and the photocall, however, are distinct set-ups.
Can the booth be delivered the day before, or collected the day after?
Yes. When the venue allows it, we deliver the booth the day before the event, and we can also collect it the day after instead of at the end of the night. It is often easier when the venue closes late or the wedding-day schedule is already tight. Mention it in the notes when booking: we arrange the time slots with you and the venue. Between delivery and collection the booth stays under your responsibility, so the venue needs a lockable room for it.
Can we pick up the booth ourselves?
Yes, and pickup is free. You collect the booth from our workshop in Breuil-le-Vert, in the Oise, we walk you through it on the spot, and you bring it back after the event. In practice pickup is on the Friday and return on the Sunday, with generous time slots: we work around your journey. Return can be pushed to the Monday when our schedule allows, on one clear condition: the booth is not used in between. That is us being flexible, not an extra rental day. You set it up and take it down yourselves, following our instructions. Just choose "Atelier pick-up" at the delivery step of the booking. Middle ground: partial delivery, where one of the two trips is made by someone you know, at half the delivery rate.
Can a company hire the booth and receive a proper invoice?
Yes, and it is a significant part of our work: corporate parties, seminars, trade shows, Christmas events, farewell drinks. The invoice is issued with VAT by Helios Agency, the quote goes out within 12 hours and payment is by card or bank transfer. For a town hall, hospital, school or ministry, we file the invoice on Chorus Pro in Factur-X format, with no deposit and the statutory 30-day term: we need the buyer SIRET, service code and commitment number. The audio guest book, included from 200 prints, is especially popular for farewells and new-year addresses.
