Wedding photographer in Val-de-Marne (94) for over ten years, I cover the entire department from Vincennes to Charenton, from Saint-Maur-des-Fossés to Créteil, through Champigny, Nogent-sur-Marne, Joinville-le-Pont and Saint-Mandé. The 94 brings together two wedding worlds rarely combined elsewhere in Île-de-France: the light of the Marne riverside and historic guinguettes, and the dense urban fabric of Paris's eastern suburbs. I cover all these locations at central-Paris pricing. Artistic approach with a cinematic eye: I capture real moments — the emotion at Vincennes town hall, the fleeting gesture on Saint-Maur's boardwalks, the laughter at cocktail hour — without interrupting your day's rhythm.

Approach: auteur photography with a cinematic eye, as discreet as possible. In Val-de-Marne, I adapt my pace to each wedding — civil ceremony at one of the department's most beautiful town halls (Vincennes, Saint-Maur, Charenton, Maisons-Alfort), religious celebration at Notre-Dame-de-Vincennes church or Saint-Maur basilica, secular along the Marne, cocktail on a privatized barge, gala dinner in a castle or corniche hotel. A few posed portraits at golden hour along the Marne, but the bulk of the reportage stays caught live.
Iconic locations regularly photographed: Bois de Vincennes (Lac Daumesnil, Lac des Minimes, Parc Floral, Roseraie du Parc de Bagatelle), Château de Vincennes (ceremonial courtyard for posed portraits), Marne riverside from Saint-Maur to Joinville (guinguettes, barges, private pontoons), Île aux Cygnes, Île Brise-Pain, Île d'Amour. For couple sessions in urban-nature settings, I particularly love Plage Bleue de Valenton and the Hautes-Bruyères departmental park in Villejuif.
For receptions, I regularly work with: Château des Coteaux in Champigny, Villa Eugénie in Nogent, Le Capitan privatized boat on the Marne, Hostellerie La Briqueterie de Vinay (east side), several private lounges in Saint-Mandé and Saint-Maur, and the historic Joinville-le-Pont guinguettes (Chez Gégène, Le Petit Robinson). I know their rooms, angles, constraints (privatization, fireworks restrictions, end times imposed by neighbours in dense urban zones).
Same-day satellite locations covered without surcharge: central Paris (civil ceremony at the arrondissement town hall then journey to 94), Bois de Boulogne, Île Saint-Louis for early morning couple sessions. If your civil ceremony is in Paris and your reception in the 94, I handle full single-day coverage with one photographer — no team handoff, narrative continuity preserved.
Photo + video duo: I work alone (photo OR video) or in a duo with my regular collaborator for complete coverage with zero interference — no double-light glare, no overlapping framing, synchronized delivery. The duo covers about 55% of my 94 weddings, particularly on Marne riverside guinguettes where the dance tempo deserves a film treatment.
Delivery & logistics: private online gallery within 1 month (300-600 retouched photos per package), fine art prints, wedding album from €150 and other options on quote. 1h drive from the Oise (HQ) in off-peak hours, day-before presence available for indoor light scouting or for "long" two-day weddings (Saturday hotel preparations, Sunday reception).
Seen and lived in the Val-de-Marne
1 July 2023, at the Hôtel du Port on the banks of the Marne. A venue that gives three settings without ever leaving the building: rooms for the preparations, a wood-panelled ceremony room with its bronze chandelier, and a reception room upstairs overlooking the town. Covered from morning through to the first dance. In the Val-de-Marne this is usually what to look for: a compact venue rather than a large estate, because distances are short but Saturday traffic is not.
16 May 2026 at the Château de Santeny, a wedding covered entirely on video: Mounir was with them from morning to dessert while our photo booth ran self-service for the guests. The couple had timed their day to the minute: getting ready together on site, discovering each other in the hall, with the church a few hundred metres away. When everything sits within five hundred metres, you recover a full hour of filming across the day.

Frequently asked questions
What poses should we plan for a couple photo session?
None, and that is deliberate. Learned poses show in the photos: couples look like they are holding a position rather than living a moment. We give simple directions, walk, talk to each other, turn around, and we photograph what happens between two instructions. That is exactly what a pre-wedding session is for, included in our packages: you get used to the lens when nothing is at stake, so on the wedding day that step is already behind you.
How many photos are delivered on average?
Between 600 and 1200 retouched photos depending on coverage duration. All sharp, sorted chronologically, delivered in high resolution via a private downloadable gallery.
How long until we receive the photos?
30-photo preview gallery within 5 days, full retouched delivery in 4 to 8 weeks depending on the season. An email update notifies you at each stage.
Are you a full-time photographer?
Yes — 10 years of experience exclusively in weddings and events. Cassandra handles bookings and communication, Jean-Baptiste shoots, Mounir and Peter join for duo coverage.
How much does a wedding photographer cost?
In France, the range runs from €1,500 to €3,000 for a full day. Our packages start at €1,080, including the private online gallery, retouched photos and usage rights. What moves a quote is not the number of photos but the hours of coverage, whether a second shooter is present, and the deliverables: printed album, pre-wedding session, video alongside. Our prices are published on the pricing page, with no mandatory quote step.
