Our approach
A year-end party has its own rhythm: nobody visits the booth during the speech, everybody does in the fifteen minutes after dessert. So we install before guests arrive, calibrate to the actual room lighting, and the animation absorbs the peak without a queue. The audio guest book fills up later, once people have had time to think about what they want to say.

From €290 for an evening branded to your colours. Packages run from zero prints (everything in an online gallery) to unlimited, via 100, 200, 300, 400 and 800. Frequently asked questions
When should we book a photobooth for a year-end party?
From September or October for a December date, and without delay if the party falls on a Friday or Saturday: those two days go first. We operate five booths, and on a December weekend they can all be committed. Midweek, however, availability stays good late in the season, and many companies do not realise it.
Is the audio guest book really included?
Yes, from 200 prints upwards, and a corporate evening almost always exceeds that volume. It costs €90 on its own, so below that threshold it remains available as an option at the same price. In practice your teams pick up a vintage handset or sit in front of the booth and leave a message: that is what turns farewell drinks or a new-year address into something people listen to again. You receive the recordings as separate files, named in the order of the evening.
Can it be installed in a restaurant or a hired venue?
Yes, and it is the most common case in December. It needs three metres by two and a standard power socket, nothing more. We always notify the venue beforehand and install before guests arrive. In a small room the booth sits against a wall with the backdrop set on it: it then takes up less space than a round table.
What if there are children at the Christmas party?
The booth is usable by everyone, and children are often first in line. Two precautions: we set the height so they frame themselves without help, and we never use any image of a child for promotional purposes, even with the employer's consent. The photos stay in your private gallery and go nowhere else.
Do you deliver in December across Île-de-France and Hauts-de-France?
Yes: Paris, La Défense, Roissy, the whole Île-de-France region, the Oise, Somme, Aisne and Nord. We deliver, install, calibrate and collect at the end of the evening. In December, book Fridays and Saturdays early: the constraint is scheduling, not distance.
How does invoicing work for a company or a works council?
Quote issued within 12h, compliant VAT invoice from Helios Agency, payment by card or bank transfer. For a works council as for management, the invoice is made out to the ordering entity. For public bodies, town halls, hospitals, schools or ministries, it is filed on Chorus Pro in Factur-X format, with no deposit and the statutory 30-day term: we need the buyer SIRET, service code and commitment number.
