Why these prices?
A 10h-coverage wedding represents 60 to 80 hours of post-production: heavy sorting through 4,000-6,000 shots, frame-by-frame color grading, skin and light retouching while respecting the session's DNA, video editing synchronized to music. It's this invisible work — not the wedding day itself — that makes the difference between a "properly covered" wedding and a story that holds up ten years later.
You're also paying for 10 years of field experience: I know how to handle a ceremony that starts late, where to position myself without bothering the mayor, how to manage a witness crying during their vows without the moment being "interrupted" by the lens. That can't be improvised — it justifies the gap with a photographer starting much lower.

Why such big price differences between photographers? +
Three main factors: provider experience (early-career €600-900, established €1,500-2,500, award-winning €3,000+), coverage time (6h vs 12h), and post-production (one wedding = 60-80h of sorting, retouching, color grading). My pricing reflects 10+ years of experience and artisan post-production, not agency markup.
What's included in a Jaysphotography package? +
All packages include: on-site coverage with photographer (and/or videographer) as sole provider, complete post-production, private online gallery within 1 month, downloadable high-resolution files, unlimited private usage rights.
Are travel fees billed extra? +
Travel is quoted case by case depending on your wedding venue. For more distant weddings, a transparent travel fee is added to the quote (round-trip mileage and, when relevant, hotel night if the ceremony starts early). No surprise surcharge — everything is detailed in the quote.
Why choose the photo + video duo? +
The duo (photographer + videographer on same day) guarantees coverage with no blind spot: no ceremony moment missed, no parasitic double-lighting between photo and video. My team is trained to work as a synchronized duo. The duo rate remains more advantageous than booking two separate providers.
How does the quote process work? +
You describe your wedding (date, venue, guest count, what you expect in photo and/or video) via the contact form. I reply within 12h with a detailed quote including possible options. If we align, we sign with a 20% deposit, balance paid before the wedding.
Are prints and album included? +
The private online gallery with HD download is included in all packages. The wedding album is available from €150 (small formats included). Fine art prints, personalized wooden USB and other options are on quote, or directly available from your online gallery after delivery. No purchase pressure.
Difference between selfie booth and 360° video booth? +
The selfie booth (from €95) produces 10×15 cm dye-sublimation photographer-grade prints, ideal for the guestbook. The 360° video booth (from €150, operator included) captures 4K cinema slow-motion clips that guests receive via SMS in 30 seconds — guaranteed Instagram virality. Many couples take both in a combined package.
