How an event reportage works
Before
We set coverage length against the real run of your evening, not a theoretical hourly package: guests arriving, speeches, cake, first dance. If the venue is new to us, we scout it beforehand, in particular the light available after dark, which is what separates lively photos from flat ones.
During
Same approach as a wedding: discreet reportage, very little staging, and group portraits grouped into a short slot so the evening is not broken up. We also know how to stay invisible when the event is private or professional and nobody wants a photographer underfoot.
After
Private online gallery, shareable with your guests by link, with retouched photos. A photo booth or a 360° video booth can be added to the reportage on the day: guests leave with their prints, you get every shot in the gallery.
Corporate rather than private event (seminar, launch, brand evening): everything is detailed on the business pages , and past reportages are in the events journal.
Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we book?
For a private event, two to three months is comfortable. Saturdays from May to September go faster, as they fall in the middle of wedding season. A two-week request is still possible if the date is free.
Can a photo booth be added to the reportage?
Yes, a selfie booth or a 360° video booth can be added to the same event. Guests leave with their prints on the spot and you get every shot in the online gallery.
How soon are the photos delivered?
Private online gallery within 1 month, retouched. A preview of a few images can be sent earlier if you need it to communicate about the event.
Do you travel outside the Oise?
Yes. The base is in the Oise, with no mileage fee within the department, and we regularly cover the Paris region and Hauts-de-France. Beyond that, travel is quoted.
