The pass runs for one year from signature. A cancelled date can be moved within the next three months, or into the first quarter of the following year.

The pass starts at 2 dates. You pick the number of events you actually hold, from 2 to 12, and the price per date drops with volume. Beyond 12 dates, or for several booths on the same day, we send a quote.
