Cinema approach: emotional storytelling, rhythmic editing, cinematic colour grading. In Versailles, I adapt to each venue's constraints — dim church lighting, harsh outdoor sun, neon evening. My goal: a film you'll want to rewatch 20 years from now.

The signature venue

Perrine and Anthony got married on 8 June 2024 in the Yvelines: Montesson town hall at 2 pm, then a secular ceremony at 4:30 pm at the Domaine des Fontenelles in Les Mesnuls. Sylvain and Mounir followed them all day for photo and video, drone and rushes included. The couple sequences were filmed during the drinks reception, and the delivered clip runs nearly six minutes: two sites, a day fitted to the schedule so as to miss neither the town hall exit nor the ceremony entrance.
Mégane and Philippe got married on 18 July 2020, a wedding that went ahead despite that year: getting ready in Maisons-Laffitte, the ceremony at 2:30 pm at the Saint-Vincent church in Le Mesnil-le-Roi, then the reception at the Château de la Trye, in the Oise. They had chosen our video package for the day. Between the Yvelines and the Oise, the film is built on the road: we plan the drives so as to be in place before every arrival.

Do we need both a photographer and a videographer, or can one person do both?
Both are possible and we do both. Solo means alternating: while filming you are not photographing, and vice versa. That is enough for a hundred-guest wedding with a simple running order, and it costs less. As a duo, each person holds their post and nothing is missed during moments that never happen twice: walking into the church, the vows, the first dance. Our photo and video duo package is offered at a discount compared with booking both separately.
What's your typical coverage duration?
From morning preparations through the first dance on average. Depending on the package, we can wrap at dinner or stay until the end. It's defined upfront based on your timeline.
Do you use a drone for aerial shots?
Yes — certified pilot, Mavic 3 cinema drone. Aerial shots often open the teaser and complement couple sequences. Subject to venue authorization and weather (wind < 30 km/h).
What's the delivery time for the final film?
30 s to 2 min teaser, often delivered before the film, for quick sharing with guests. 5 to 8 min clip and full 15+ min film: four weeks, one month at most in peak season. You're notified at each stage. Express option: everything is delivered in under a week, with the same quality as the one-month delivery. The only difference is top priority given to your wedding. It depends on the calendar (a very busy date may not allow it): ask before signing and you will get a straight answer.
Can you do photo and video on the same day?
Yes — it's actually our most requested package. Either as a duo (photographer + videographer on site) for visual consistency, or solo with mixed coverage depending on the event scope.
How do you capture sound so the vows are clear?
Three parallel audio sources: wireless lavalier on the groom, second handheld wireless for the officiant, and a standalone Zoom recorder as backup. Audio quality is as carefully treated as the image — non-negotiable.
What does a wedding cameraman cost?
Cameraman, videographer or wedding filmmaker mean the same job in everyday language, with one nuance: a cameraman shoots, a videographer designs and edits the film. Our wedding video packages start at €1,080, editing included and the film delivered within four weeks. Booked as a duo with photography, the video is -20% and both reportages start at €1,944. The French market ranges from €1,200 to €2,500 depending on coverage length and crew size. A markedly lower rate usually hides editing billed separately or filming without sound mixing.
What does a wedding videographer actually do?
They capture what photography cannot keep: sound. The voice during the vows, the best man's speech, the room laughing, the music of the first dance. In practice they scout the venue, fit discreet microphones on key speakers, film the day without directing it, then edit everything with clean sound mixing. Editing is as much work as filming: it is what turns eight hours of rushes into a five-to-eight-minute clip and a film of over fifteen minutes people watch again.
