In Chantilly, I adapt to each wedding's rhythm — civil ceremony at the town hall, secular celebration in the château courtyard or by the Grand Canal, cocktail on the Auberge du Jeu de Paume terrace, dinner under glass at Château de la Tour, evening in the Grandes Écuries.
