Approach: auteur photography with a cinematic eye, film in motion rather than posed shots. In Yvelines, I adapt to each wedding's rhythm — civil ceremony at the town hall, religious at Cathédrale Saint-Louis in Versailles or Maisons-Laffitte church, secular in the Trianon gardens or deep in Rambouillet forest, gala dinner in a private estate.

Estates, renovated barns and family properties host nature-driven weddings far from Versailles pomp, a setting I particularly enjoy photographing.
For receptions, I regularly work with Domaine de Madame Élisabeth, Château de Vauboyen, Domaine de Saint-Paul, Château de Bures, Manoir de la Salle, Château de Béhoust, and several private estates in the Chevreuse Valley and Versailles plain. Seen and lived in the Yvelines
Anthony came to find us as we were leaving another wedding, to ask us to cover his. On 8 June 2024 Sylvain and Mounir were at the Domaine de Fontanelle: a heavily planted estate, a lake, and a white pavilion on a jetty that gives portraits no other venue in the department allows. Outdoor humanist ceremony, candle ritual, generous floral work. It is the kind of place where sending a pair rather than a single photographer pays off: while one holds the ceremony, the other takes the lake while the light is on it.
A winter wedding at Versailles town hall, in February. A twenty-minute ceremony, group photographs inside, then the exit with the Château perspective behind. The lesson holds for the whole department: from February to March the formal axes of the Yvelines are empty, the light stays soft all day instead of for an hour, and parking stops being a problem. Many couples aim for June by reflex when winter would give them calmer images.
Thomas and Ludivine did not want to be photographed on their wedding day. Everything was moved to two dedicated days, one of them entirely in the public side of the Château de Versailles park: the Grand Canal perspective, Le Nôtre's alignments, the Apollo fountain. Without a ceremony's clock you work the light for eight hours instead of forty-five minutes. The public park needs no prior permission, which makes it the most accessible portrait ground in the department.

What's your photographic style?
Cinematic reportage: we capture real moments without interrupting, with a subtle warm finish. A few staged portraits as a complement, but the DNA remains auteur photography — sensitive and crafted.
How many photos are delivered on average?
Between 600 and 1200 retouched photos depending on coverage duration. All sharp, sorted chronologically, delivered in high resolution via a private downloadable gallery.
What poses should we plan for a couple photo session?
None, and that is deliberate. Learned poses show in the photos: couples look like they are holding a position rather than living a moment. We give simple directions, walk, talk to each other, turn around, and we photograph what happens between two instructions. That is exactly what a pre-wedding session is for, included in our packages: you get used to the lens when nothing is at stake, so on the wedding day that step is already behind you.
Do you print or create a photo book?
Yes — fine-art albums (canvas cover, matte photographic paper, French manufacturing) in 3 formats (20×20, 30×30, 30×45). Delivered with a presentation case. Count 4-6 weeks after layout approval.
How much does a wedding photographer cost?
In France, the range runs from €1,500 to €3,000 for a full day. Our packages start at €1,080, including the private online gallery, retouched photos and usage rights. What moves a quote is not the number of photos but the hours of coverage, whether a second shooter is present, and the deliverables: printed album, pre-wedding session, video alongside. Our prices are published on the pricing page, with no mandatory quote step.
