Are you present during the whole event?
Yes, a dedicated operator runs the booth from start to end: setup, guest assistance, adjustment between each 360° rotation, and packing up at the end of the night. You don't have to manage anything.
Do you travel far from your Oise base?
Yes — Île-de-France, Hauts-de-France and Normandie are covered regularly. For farther regions, a transparent travel fee is quoted on request based on distance.
What happens in case of technical issues during the event?
The on-site operator solves 99% of issues in under 5 minutes (printer fault, paper jam, software restart). Backup gear (camera, spare printer) is in the vehicle for extreme cases.
How do we book the gear and date?
Response within 48h of your quote request with confirmed availability. 30% deposit on signature to block the date, balance due 7 days before. May-October weekends often book 4-6 months ahead.
How much space is needed to set up the booth?
The standalone selfie booth needs about 2×2m + access to a 220V outlet. The 360° requires 3×3m on the floor and a 2.40m minimum ceiling height. Indoor or sheltered outdoor setup possible.
