Our fleet runs almost every weekend in Île-de-France from May to October. Availability should be locked in 3-6 months ahead — especially for high-traffic wedding dates (May, June, September).
Inside Paris, vehicle access can be restrictive. We offer a "quick install" mode (under 30 minutes) for venues without a loading zone, with optional early-evening dismantling if guest luggage handover requires it.
For events in outer Île-de-France, we plan logistics 2 days ahead: route, available power outlets, on-site contact. No surprises on arrival.

Should we provide a meal for the operator?
Yes for long services (beyond 5h on site with a meal slot). A hot meal — like for the other vendors — is enough. Clearly stated in the quote to avoid surprises.
Do you travel far from your Oise base?
Yes — Île-de-France, Hauts-de-France and Normandie are covered regularly. For farther regions, a transparent travel fee is quoted on request based on distance.
How much space is needed to set up the booth?
The standalone selfie booth needs about 2×2m + access to a 220V outlet. The 360° requires 3×3m on the floor and a 2.40m minimum ceiling height. Indoor or sheltered outdoor setup possible.
How many prints can be made during the evening?
Prints are unlimited on every Photo Booth package. On average, 200-400 photos come out during an evening of 80-120 guests, depending on enthusiasm. The booth and pro-grade printer don't tire.
How do we book the gear and date?
Response within 48h of your quote request with confirmed availability. 30% deposit on signature to block the date, balance due 7 days before. May-October weekends often book 4-6 months ahead.
