The signature venue
Paris is one of the most demanding wedding playgrounds in the world: palaces (Shangri-La, Ritz, Crillon, Le Meurice), private mansions in the Marais, Seine river boats, royal parks (Bagatelle, Buttes-Chaumont, Monceau, Tuileries). Logistically, my van is sized for Paris traffic and the setup windows imposed by premium venues. Auteur photography with a cinematic eye, I cover Paris solo or as a photo+video duo with my collaborators Peter or Mounir depending on the complexity of the day.

Kevin and Louisa said yes on 10 October 2026 at 11 am at Colombes town hall, after getting ready in a hotel in town. A few quick photos of the congratulations, then a two-hour drive to Mise en Seine in Rives-en-Seine, where the couple photos were taken from 2 pm, before the secular ceremony at 4:30 pm. Mounir and I followed them all day in photo and video. A town hall just outside Paris in the morning and a reception far from Paris in the afternoon works fine: you just set the couple session on arrival at the venue, before the guests, rather than during the drinks reception.
Christiane and Moussa married on 24 August 2024 at 2 pm at Romainville town hall, the town where they got ready, and I photographed them all day. A few photos with the guests outside the town hall, then an hour-long convoy to Sainte-Gemme-Moronval, in the Eure-et-Loir, for a secular ceremony at 5 pm. Group and couple photos were taken during the drinks reception, between the padlock game guarding the bouquet and the ribbon game, with a bottle of champagne as the prize. When the party is an hour's drive away, the minutes outside the town hall are the only photos of the day in the couple's own town: they go into the schedule.
Olivier and Perrine married on 25 July 2020 in Livry-Gargan: a traditional meeting outside the town hall at 2:30 pm and a few photos on the steps, then Perrine changed outfits before the church at 3:45 pm. The couple photos were taken at the nearby Parc Lefèvre, before the reception at the Espace Éden in Villeparisis, where an arch was waiting for the photos. We covered the day in photo and video, drone included. In the Seine-Saint-Denis, a park a few minutes from the church means the portraits happen without getting back on the road.

Do you work as a duo with a videographer?
Yes — it's our most complete package. Photo + video on the same day with tight coordination so neither team blocks the other. You leave with two coherent deliverables. The duo package starts at €1,944, with the video at -20%.
Do you do an engagement session before the wedding?
Yes — optional 1.5h session in a location chosen with you (urban exterior, nature, meaningful place). It's a chance to get used to the camera so the wedding day feels more natural.
Do you print or create a photo book?
Yes — fine-art albums (canvas cover, matte photographic paper, French manufacturing) in 3 formats (20×20, 30×30, 30×45). Delivered with a presentation case. Count 4-6 weeks after layout approval.
Do you shoot film or all digital?
All digital with two Sony A7 full-frame bodies. Color consistency, delivery speed and low-light quality (indoor ceremonies, evening parties) demand digital. Film-look aesthetic available in post-production if you prefer.
How long until we receive the photos?
30-photo preview gallery often delivered before the rest, full retouched delivery within four weeks, one month at most in peak season. An email update notifies you at each stage. Express option: everything is delivered in under a week, with the same quality as the one-month delivery. The only difference is top priority given to your wedding. It depends on the calendar (a very busy date may not allow it): ask before signing and you will get a straight answer.
How much does a wedding photographer cost?
In France, the range runs from €1,500 to €3,000 for a full day. Our packages start at €1,080, including the private online gallery, retouched photos and usage rights, and at €1,944 for the photo + video duo. What moves a quote is not the number of photos but the hours of coverage, whether a second shooter is present, and the deliverables: printed album, pre-wedding session, video alongside. Our prices are published on the pricing page, with no mandatory quote step.
Photo session, shoot, engagement session, pre-wedding: what is the difference?
None: they are different words for the same thing. Photo session and shoot are the everyday terms, couple session says what is being photographed, engagement session is the American term and usually happens after the proposal, pre-wedding means before the wedding, post-wedding or day after means once it is done. Behind those five words the service is identical: an hour and a half, just the two of you, in a place you choose, and the same photos at the end. The only real difference is the timing. Before the wedding, the session prepares the day itself. After it, it gives back the time you never had: the dress comes out again, you go where you could not go, you wait for the right light instead of making do with the one you have.
What is a photo session before the wedding actually for?
Three things, in this order. Spending time in front of the camera with nothing at stake, so that on the day you no longer wonder what to do with your hands. Settling together what you like, what you dislike and how close you are comfortable being: it is a visual brief, and it saves discovering your taste during the couple portraits, while the cocktail hour is waiting. And leaving with images you can use right away, for the save the date, the invitations, the welcome sign or your wedding website. In practice the session happens between three months and a year before the date, and couples who have done one arrive relaxed on the morning of the wedding: it shows in the portraits. It is not included in the wedding package, it is priced alongside it, in the same quote.
