Terms & Conditions — Wedding

These are the terms and conditions governing Jaysphotography wedding photography and video services. The reference version is in French. By booking online and ticking the “I accept the terms and conditions” box, you expressly accept these terms (electronic signature under Articles 1366–1367 of the French Civil Code).

Key points: 20% non-refundable deposit (except force majeure) secures the date; balance due the week before the wedding; no minimum number of images guaranteed; delivery within 4 weeks; extra hours billed at €150/hour per professional; no right of withdrawal as the service is tied to a fixed date (Art.
