Published prices, what drives them, what AI really costs, and the questions that avoid bad surprises. October 2026, sources linked.
Market prices
Our private price is valid for bookings signed by 31 December 2026, then €150.
What drives the price
- The operator: a self-running booth costs less than one with someone managing guests.
- Duration: prices run from two hours to a full day.
- Custom theme: a brand world with its logo is billed separately.
- Consumables: a 4×6 print is about €0.11–0.12 excl. VAT in paper; AI computing a few cents per portrait.
Why we don't count portraits: a session takes about a minute, so at most 60 an hour; the option covers the whole evening. Time limits, not budget.
Frequently asked questions
How much does an AI photo booth cost?
For companies the market runs from €1,000 to €2,100 excl. VAT per event (Fotocall €1,280–2,000, Kactus €1,450–2,090, October 2026). With us AI is an option added to a booth package: €90 for private clients (for bookings signed by 31 December 2026, then €150), €300 excl. VAT for companies, unlimited.
Why such price differences?
Three things drive the price: an on-site operator, duration, and a custom brand theme. The AI computation itself costs a few cents per portrait; a 4×6 print costs about €0.11–0.12 excl. VAT in paper.
Can an AI photo booth be unlimited?
Yes: a session at the booth takes about a minute, so at most 60 portraits an hour. With us the option covers the whole evening, however long. Time limits the number, not budget.
Does it need an internet connection?
Yes. Ask how the booth connects: ours uses the venue Wi-Fi or a phone hotspot, and still delivers the original photo with no network at all.
What should I ask before booking?
Are portraits limited? What happens without network? Is the logo placed as is or redrawn by AI? Are portraits labelled as AI-generated? How many people per photo? How long per portrait? Who keeps the image rights?
