The Magazine Box is a giant lit cube, black and gold, in which your teams pose on the cover of a magazine bearing your name: the setup L'Oréal chose for the 60th anniversary of its Lassigny factory.

From Breuil-le-Vert, our base in Oise, La Défense is 77 km away, a 1h15 drive. We set the box up in your lobby, auditorium or reception hall, and the paired Photo Booth prints on the spot: every employee leaves with a print, internal comms gets the gallery.

Your questions about the Magazine Box at La Défense

Can you set up the box inside a La Défense tower?

Yes, the box sets up indoors. We prepare the access with your team or building management: delivery dock, freight lift, time slot. Plan around 3x3 m of floor space and 2.2 m of ceiling clearance for the cube.

Can a host run the animation during our party?

Yes, as an option an on-site host stays for the whole event: they run the Photo Booth, guide the poses and handle all the logistics. Your teams enjoy the evening, the animation runs itself.

Our parties gather more than 500 employees, is that feasible?

Yes. A single box comfortably serves an event of 500+ guests. For zero queuing we can add a second box: we own two. At L'Oréal's 60th anniversary, the setup produced over 1,000 prints in four hours.
