Our approach: auteur photography, a cinematic eye, reading emotions. Three interconnecting salons for a hundred and fifty guests means a reception happening in several rooms at once. One photographer cannot hold all three.
A 13th-century château has thick walls and deep openings. Light enters in narrow beams: exceptional portrait light, provided you place people in it.
A marquee extending the reception creates a sharp light boundary between inside and out. Transitions are where exposure most often fails.
Fère-en-Tardenois is in southern Aisne, an hour and a quarter from Oise. Same axis as Abbaye de Longpont and Domaine de Senercy.

Indoor backup plan always ready (hotel lobby, side room, lit window). We also love rainy moods for unconventional umbrella portraits. Storm light often produces the most striking images.
