History of Domaine des Saules

Best moment to open the booth
The spot that lifts every selfie
A wedding we lived through at Domaine des Saules

— Julie & Romain

Why choose our Photo Booth service at Domaine des Saules
Domaine des Saules being a wedding domain, we have two booth placement options: inside the main hall for post-dinner animation, or outside under a marquee/covered pergola for summer cocktails. Major advantage of a domain: no strict heritage constraint — we can install an XXL balloon arch, a hanging LED neon, and run the heavy smoke machine without prefectural validation.
At Domaine des Saules, we benefit from the placement freedom this kind of domain offers: we adapt the booth to your guest flow rather than the opposite, which changes everything on animation fluidity.
If Domaine des Saules is also your venue for the ceremony or cocktail, our wedding photo/video service can be combined with the booth in an all-inclusive pack with a discount — see our wedding photographer venue page for Domaine des Saules.

Your questions about renting at Domaine des Saules
How far from Paris is Domaine des Saules?
Domaine des Saules is around 82 km from Paris (as the crow flies) — count 98 to 115 minutes by car. Our Photo Booth equipment is delivered from our nearest depot, Asnières-sur-Seine (92), 87 km from the venue.
How much is Photo Booth delivery to Domaine des Saules?
130€ incl. VAT all-in — equipment delivery, 45 min install, 30 min teardown and end-of-night pickup. Online quote in 3 minutes.
Is Domaine des Saules compatible with your Photo Booth equipment?
Yes — we have covered (or technically validated) this venue. Selfie booth, 360° Videobooth and Magazine Box all fit through standard catering accesses.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 6 to 10 months ahead for May-October weddings in Hauts-de-France. Online booking with 20% Stripe deposit.
Self-service or with an attendant?
Both possible. Booth and Magazine Box run self-service. The 360° Videobooth always includes an attendant.
Can the booth be delivered the day before, or collected the day after?
Yes. When the venue allows it, we deliver the booth the day before the event, and we can also collect it the day after instead of at the end of the night. It is often easier when the venue closes late or the wedding-day schedule is already tight. Mention it in the notes when booking: we arrange the time slots with you and the venue. Between delivery and collection the booth stays under your responsibility, so the venue needs a lockable room for it.
Can we pick up the booth ourselves?
Yes, and pickup is free. You collect the booth from either of our two depots: Breuil-le-Vert, in the Oise (near Clermont), or Asnières-sur-Seine, in the Hauts-de-Seine, right outside Paris. The exact address comes with your confirmation. We walk you through it on the spot, and you bring it back after the event. In practice pickup is on the Friday and return on the Sunday, with generous time slots: we work around your journey. Return can be pushed to the Monday when our schedule allows, on one clear condition: the booth is not used in between. That is us being flexible, not an extra rental day. You set it up and take it down yourselves, following our instructions. Just choose "Free pickup" at the delivery step of the booking, then the depot that suits you. Middle ground: partial delivery, where one of the two trips is made by someone you know, at half the delivery rate.
